The presence of air bubbles in extruded sheets is a common phenomenon during the production of XPS, EPS, and PET insulation foam boards. We offer the following solutions for different causes:

1. Low temperature on both sides of the mold: Increase the temperature on both sides of the mold.

2.Impurities present on both sides inside the mold: Temporarily increase the mold temperature to expel the impurities. After all impurities are removed, adjust the mold temperature to the appropriate level.
